major updates

• 4th job skill book explanation. Upon reaching your 4th job advancement (I think there also a quest), you will only have certain skill in your skill book (not all) and most of this skill are max at level 10 only. To master this skills you need to collect some skill cards/scrolls (or what ever they are called) and use it, they work like scrolls with certain rates. Some skills or cards can be obtain by Quest as well.
• To master a 20 limit skill (skills that mastered after 20 skill points) you need the respective card and use it. the rate is 70% of success. A 30 limit skill has a 50% rate. you can use it over and over.

using the cards would increase the max level of the skill and not adding any points to the skill and could use the skill points after level up. Here is a pic of the skill card dropped by monster.

• Quest in getting Fire/Ice Birds for Bowmans are added (you need to capture one or fight one to get one). This is probably same for other summons as well but as of now the only sure thing is a quest for bowman.
• ice/litning arch mage-Spark, lightning element skill

• Cool downtime for some skills changed and removed.
• Berserk (formly know as Advance Rage) 10 Orbs to cast Berserk, no more cooldown ,it takes only few sec to get 10 orbs
• Intensify and Magic Interception changed from 10 min to 5 min cool down when max.
• Sanctuary for Paladin is now usable even if not Blunt Weapon.
• Mana Reflection is changed to no more than 200% of max hp of monster
• Keen Dagger for Shadower stuns now
• Holy Dragon for Bishop 3 Monster max per attack
• 
  Fire/Ice Birds for Bowmans 4 Mosters max per attack
  Probably to Mage summons as well
